Two landmark communities bring the residential-hospitality operator to 22 markets

DENVER, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sentral, the leading full-building residential-hospitality operator, today announced two additions to its portfolio: Diega (702 Broadway) in downtown San Diego and Veneto Las Olas (201 South Federal Highway) in Fort Lauderdale. Veneto Las Olas marks Sentral's entry into Fort Lauderdale, and Diega, a 617-residence community, is the company's largest single addition this year. Sentral now operates in 22 markets nationwide.
